I liked to name the outfits. This one had two names: "The Courtroom Scene/The Goddess is Angered" (It was technically an arbitration scene) I visualized it as a sort of "Angelyne meets Dynasty Moment." I love so many things about this pic of @emmy as #angelyne being touched up by makeup artist legend and @televisionacad nominee @k8biscoe: first and foremost, the shoes are literally #barbie plastic but actual life size. Second the lightening pattern on the dress fabric is legit accurate and I almost plotzed when I sourced it. Third: custom fishnet bolero with ruffle and sequin tiger stripes. Fourth: feathers and fringe hair trim.... I can go on and on, the point is, this outfit was the flagship outfit of episode 4, and a lot happens in it. I love that for an extremely important and emotional "courtroom scene" (arbitration) Emmy as Angelyne was able to fully realize her visual power to assert her strength and anger towards the mere mortals who dare challenge her. @peacocktv @cdglocal892 @motionpicturecostumers @ucp
