Happy Birthday Scarlett! 14!!!! How did this happen?? She's mature for her age, loves friends, shopping, jewelry, organizing, skincare, photoshoots, swimming, "making things aesthetic", and dancing. At 5'11", this beauty has us nervous for when she's not 2 heads taller than the boys her age. We love her to pieces.
