I feel like I’ve officially dropped into this space. It took me a minute. Compared with my first pregnancy, I obviously haven’t had as much space to be/journal/prepare. I felt more resistance at first, with so much more to juggle but I could feel my future self asking me to surrender and drop into it fully - to start to address apprehensions, thoughts, fears and make the most of this stage before the next one. So I’m feeling grateful to have had a few days to create some time for this while away, to return and fully immerse myself in the space of pregnancy again and connect with the community I now have around me. So much comes up in pregnancy, it’s like an invitation to go inward and see what patterns, blocks and work needs to be done before bringing a new life into the world. To assess and shift aspects of your life inside and out. It’s a beautiful and challenging time, one that asks for a deeper awareness, compassion and commitment to becoming the woman you want to be/innately are. #pregnancyjourney #motherhood #mamalife #bump
