Some late summer favourites - Crostini with zucchini, mint and lemon zest and some classic bruschette with the last of the summer tomatoes, basil, garlic- all topped off with some delicious olive oil (I was recently sent some @leoube olive oil which was completely delicious for anyone looking for excellent olive oil in the UK) and @maldonsalt - Tuscan bread is unsalted so as to be able to take the region’s salty toppings, so I sprinkle this liberally.
