GF POTATO LATKES - For the first night of Hanukkah, we put a Masienda spin on traditional potato pancakes by replacing flour or matzo meal with masa harina (it does double duty by acting as a #glutenfree binder and soaking up any extra water from the potatoes, making for crispier latkes).
