Resilient individuals do things when they are very hard. When they are not convenient. When a commitment is needed. At some point these things were deemed non negotiable. Meaning a decision was made to see them through. Responsibilities are not always ideal. They’re not always fun. They can be challenging. However, there can be a feeling of exhilaration from the accomplishment of a task. Especially if one reached far beyond their comfort zone to complete it.
