Brine is so awesome!! It’s so awesome we wanted to try pickling with it! For the pickling liquid we simmered together a half cup of our signature brine, 2 cups water, and 2 cups white vinegar!! All three pickles we tried were amazing! Cubano Pickles: cucumber spears, garlic, whole peppercorn, fresh dill, Cubano rub Bloody Mary Pickles: sliced cucumber, garlic, whole peppercorn, fresh dill, sliced jalapeños, Bloody Mary rub Fiesta Pickled Jalapeños: jalapeños and fiesta rub!
