Happy Tropical Tuesday!!! Have you ever heard of pana? In English it is called Bread Fruit , in Hawaiian it is called Ulu And in Puerto Rico they call it pana . It is a prickly oval fruit and it’s popular throughout Southeast Asia ,Pacific Islands, and the Caribbean. When cooked, it tastes similar to—you guessed it!—freshly-baked bread. They only way I have tried eating it so far is fried like a tostone. It was so good and I actually like it better than tostones . Have you tired it before ?
