This day last week I started my Art + Yoga residency at The Museum of Contemporary Art: The Geffen Space! I feel very aligned with this residency as it celebrates the work of artist and social activist Judith F. Baca. Who has spent majority of her time making Art to highlight the disparities of Black and Brown people within Los Angeles and the world. Yoga is my art and way of healing people through social inflictions and I am honored to be invited to represent Judith F. Baca’s mission in envisioning a future without fear.
