Rescues are running out of resources. One one thing that can help more than anything else? Fosters. Rescues can’t pull dogs without a foster. Shelters can’t keep dogs that are afraid and lashing out in a shelter environment, even if the dog would do great in a foster home. Why? Because not enough people are stepping up to foster. Did you know that most shelters and rescues cover the cost of food, medication, bedding, etc.? All you need to do is provide a warm, safe home and so much love. There is nothing better than watching a foster find their personality and learn how to be a dog. Nothing better to watch as their skin clears up and their eyes get brighter.
