Meet Lukholo, who coaches at the Fight With Insight Boxing Gym in Hillbrow. It was opened in response to the challenges facing young people in this inner-city community including violence, gang culture and homelessness. Boxing is the hook that draws children and young people into the programme, but a holistic package of support including psychosocial, life-skills classes, role models and healthy food equips young people so they can go onto develop physically, emotionally and academically.
