Part of what makes a memorable dining experience at the Madrona is the staff. A friendly and hardworking member of the team is Ale. Originally from Miami, this is her 2nd season at the resort. She traded corporate office job for seasonal work after the pandemic in exchange for a life of travel (6 months working, 6 months traveling) living the RV life! Her favorite part about Roche is how unique it is. The views are incredible and the people are great. She's a dog lover and really enjoy working the bricks at Madrona where she can host all the doggies and give them treats. Say hi to Ale when you see her here!
