The question we often get asked is.. ‘How much room should I have at the end of my shoes?’ 😵‍💫 Now disclaimer, we know everyone is different, some like a snug fit, some like a lot of space.. what we generally recommend is a thumbs width of room at the end of your toes (once you’ve pushed your feet to the back of your shoes and keep your toes flat, when you lift them up, they become smaller!) A thumbs width means your toes won’t be banging on the end of the shoes, helping to prevent blisters, toenail damage and pain! So what to size to go for? Generally, at least half a size - Carol is a 3-3.5 and wears a 4 in trainers. But also remember, every brand fits differently and so if they recommend you go up half a size or a full size.. listen!👂🏼 Another mistake is people often go up in length to get extra width, please don’t! You’ll end up with too much room and risk sliding around in your shoe which can create blisters and friction. Many brands offer wide fitting shoes and there are tonnes of size guides on the Internet. Women’s widths - A = Narrow B = Standard D = Wide 2E = Extra Wde Men’s widths - B = Narrow D = Standard 2E = Wide 4E = Extra Wide Happy sizing! ✌🏼🐻
