A little late to this since the launch date but I really wanted to express how happy I am about what @frothy_steve and I have been able to create. I landed on an idea of starting this thing back in September and where it has grown since then has genuinely become one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever been able to have. Something that’s built solely on positivity and spotlighting the unbelievably impressive people that live here is what Lame has come to embody and it’s put a smile on my face since the second it starting taking shape. The people we’re working with, the direction it’s going down, is so exciting and we can’t wait for everything that’s to come next. Everyone sees creativity in their own world and we plan on showing you ever slice of it through some light-hearted reads, banger edits from local talented videographers, eye candy from all of our featured artists and photographers, and hopefully with you at any of our events. To be able to express someone’s passion onto a platform that could hopefully inspire someone else has been the most rad thing to be apart of. We’re lucky enough to have scraped a couple stories together to bring you our first issue ‘Come Look’ and then some. Something to give you a fresh take on creative culture and escape to learn about some of the unbelievable people that live right down the road from you. It’s so rad to see Lame breathe now, I’ve never been happier, and we’re so stoked we finally get to share it with you guys.
