Caught in the act 📷 @dustinyellin Since my youth, I have always known I can find myself with pen, pencil & paper. It centers and quiets myself. I resist judgment of what comes out. I don’t take ownership. I just let it express through me. And I also know we all share this ability to be vessels...it is only practice. GH
