IN 12 MINS DO AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE
1. 15 Flat DB bench
2. 10 Box jumps
3. 8-10 Pull ups
IN 21 MINS DO AS MANY ROUNDS AS POSSIBLE
1. 500m water row
2. 12 single arm DB snatches
3. 500m ski
