Thank you to The Toronto Star for covering my solo Project T-Dot exhibit at Toronto's City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square. More specifically, thank you to Priya Ramanujam, Demar Grant, and Richard Lautens for their stellar work on the article. The article is available via the link in my bio, and Project T-Dot is available to the public 24 hours per day, seven days per week, outdoors, until mid-July 2022. The exhibit was installed at Toronto's City Hall and Nathan Phillips Square on Tuesday, April 19th, in collaboration with ArtworxTO, The City of Toronto, Manifesto Community Projects, Canon Canada, and others. Although it has not been available to the public for long, the positive feedback that I have received regarding the exhibit has been overwhelming. I have been humbled to learn that some of the exhibit's visitors (with strong ties to Toronto's hip-hop community) have been brought to tears by the images that now line the walls of City Hall (and parts of Nathan Phillips Square). I am grateful to everyone who has visited the exhibit, shared it via social media, or told their friends, family members, and colleagues about it. For those unaware, Project T-Dot is a documentary on Toronto’s hip-hop community, which I began capturing in December of 2006, primarily through black and white photography, and is still in production. Thank you to all of the amazing people featured in Project T-Dot, who contributed to the City Hall exhibit and supported the multifaceted project.
