MASALA FISH - @tajfoods Tilapia Fillets -Green Chilli paste - @rajahspices fish masala - This has plenty of salt, I don’t usually need to add any salt -whole jeera/cumin seeds -Chilli Flakes -kasuri methi -Haldi/Turmeric -Lemon Juice -Garlic/Ginger paste -Drizzle with oil -Orange food colouring Mix and let marinade rest for 20 mins in fridge The beauty of Masala fish marinade is you can cook it straight away Shallow Fry in your @ourplace Alway Pan and serve!!
