Let’s get sexy about period pain relief. All my periods I have to go on heavy medication just to get through it, I never feel like I want to do anything other than lay in bed in the fetal position.... However hummingway recently sent me their CBD patches aimed at helping with menstrual cramp relief, and it was the first time, on day 3 of my cycle that I didn’t have to overload with pain medication, which honestly was a shock to me.
