@ocbiz_council honored the City of Santa Ana tonight with a Turning Red Tape into Red Carpet Award for Building & Land Reuse and Community Revitalization. The City won for its MainPlace Specific Plan, which is an ongoing transit-oriented redevelopment of the MainPlace Mall, aiming to add 1,900 housing units and economic development opportunities.
