The Nymph of Amalthea at the Queen’s Dairy at Château de Rambouillet in France. Sculpted by French artist Pierre Julien in 1787. Amalthea was the foster mother of young Zeus. Who was either a goat or a nymph with goats who fed the young God off her goat's milk. What a touching tribute to mothers and foster mothers who sacrifice their resources so that we may live. You might even say it’s a moving tribute to our beautiful Mother Earth.
