APPLE POUND CAKE 🍎🍰 INGREDIENTS -1 stick butter, melted -3 tbsp cream -1 tbsp vanilla extract -3 eggs at room temp -3/4 cup sugar -1.25 cup cake flour -1/2tsp baking powder -1/2 tsp salt -1 Apple, thinly sliced -Powdered sugar for topping METHOD 1. Add cream and vanilla to butter. 2. Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. 3. In a large bowl, whip eggs with sugar until light. Fold in dry ingredients. Stir some batter into butter mixture. Add butter mixture back into the batter, fold it in. 4. Pour batter into a parchment lined loaf pan. Top with apples. Bake in 350F oven for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. Garnish with powdered sugar.
