Inspired by the pairing together of food and drink, an idea to develop our own organic ecosystem was put into motion. A barrel rests with liquid inside and absorbs the flavours from the environment it surrounds; the mushrooms rooted in soil, wood branches, moss and rocks, running water and mist combined with the @remymartin VSOP @bulleit bourbon and @mancinovermouth with a little bit of Dom Benedictine, work magic with the umami flavors of the Shimeji mushrooms planted in the terrarium creating a flavour profile unlike any other. #ameliadubai
