Hoboken officially has a new cocktail bar and it’s giving West Villge🫶🏻🍸 • SRO just opened from the owners of Anthony David’s. • Intimate, NYC-inspired lounge vibes in uptown Hoboken • Upstairs is a cozy cocktail bar, and downstairs will be a vinyl-forward listening lounge (SOON) What we drank: • SRO Daiquiri — Ten to One white rum, Aqua Cedro & citrus simple. Clean, crisp, perfectly balanced. • Carrot & Basil — Japanese carrot juice, basil eau de vie & dried tomato liqueur. Savory-forward and honestly such a standout. • Italian Peach — Campari, crème de pêche, agave & Fever Tree Club. Bitter-sweet and very easy to sip. What we ate: • In-house chips • Tuna nigiri • Garlic knot pie • Deviled eggs • Charcuterie It’s giving pre-dinner drinks that turn into staying longer than you planned.
