Custard and berry tart from my book, expertly made and dressed by @beataheuman with wild strawberries from her garden in Sweden in July. 🍓 This recipe was developed in lockdown when we couldn’t get to our favourite restaurant in Florence and so had to make due at home. It’s now become a firm favourite when I’m cooking on our painting courses (though obviously my favourite is still to head to Cammillo and order a pre made slice), the berries varying by whatever happens to be in season.
