I was so hesitant to post this now that it’s been a few days and I’m in a better headspace but I truly think it’s important to share. This is just a glimpse into what my depresssive side looks like, it is so much more complex. There is so little research on pmdd and this is just one of the many symptoms that happen each month during my luteal phase. It’s scary and intense and I just want to escape myself.
