This was one of our first projects we completed here at A Finer Touch Construction (AFT). We began working on this project when we opened our doors in March of 2013. The home was a brownstone in downtown Phoenix, just over 10,000 SF with 4 vertical floors and a basement. Our designer on this project was Est Est. Tony Sutton and his team were instrumental in working on this design and with this client. Unfortunately, Tony passed away recently. His design firm was a staple in the community and his son Blake and I worked together years ago at the Omni Montelucia after Blake had finished Construction Management at ASU. Many of the design firms we work with today, including Est Est, have been influenced by Tony.
