I had very little time to prep for this playdate so I put together a few easy appetizers with Costco finds. The Costco ahi tuna poke was a huge hit! My husband went out and bought another one the next day. The sugar cookies and blueberry loaf were both amazing!! The chicken salad was not bad but it was on the sweeter side which is not my personal preference.
