Excited to announce a second collaboration dinner night with @jorgevallejo and @valmcantu on May 20th, this one at Little Saint, where we will open up our 2nd floor venue for the first time! Chef Jorge and Val will join me for a panel discussion which will be followed by an all plant based dinner of tacos prepared by the two chefs and family style dishes prepared by Chef Celeste and the Little Saint culinary team. This dinner will benefit our friends @corazonhealdsburg and we will also be offering special cocktails as well as wines from the Valle de Guadalupe.
