And spoiler alert, she didn’t rise. It was a fail. There are a lot of reasons why it didn’t work. This was just my first time trying it, and I learned a lot from the process. I’m hopeful my second loaf will be a lot better whenever I can try again. My son knocked my starter off the counter, so I had to completely restart her, which means it’s gonna be a minute before round two. Still excited to try again when the time comes.
