Shoe guide! š Not sure which workouts you should you keep them on for? "If you see the instructor wearing shoes in class, you should probably wear shoes," explains @melodynyc.
A few quick tips:
⢠Always do a floor check (cement/hard floors = shoes ON for protection)
⢠Try a Strength class barefoot for added stability
⢠When in doubt, choose cross trainers over running shoes
Grip socks can help give you a stronger connection to the floor
Sculpt classes can be taken with or without shoes!
