GRWM my blonde needed a little refresh so I turned to my trusted @clairol_pro Shimmer Lights. Step one: wash hair with Shimmer Lights Purple Shampoo. #PROTIP: if your hair has build-up or it has been a minute since you last shampooed it, wash your hair with regular shampoo first to make sure application is even. Step two: I used the Shimmer Lights Violet Toning Mask. This purple conditioning treatment is highly pigmented and has jojoba, coconut, and argon oil to nourish hair while getting the job done. Step three: For styling, I prepped my hair with Shimmer Lights Thermal Shine Spray to protect my hair from heat damage and then 2 pumps of their Leave-In Styling Treatment to keep my ends smooth and reduce breakage. Step four: I blow dried my hair almost all the way then used a round brush to finish and seal the cuticle. Step five: #PROTIP to avoid excess heat damage I wrap my hair in to a bun when my hair is still warm from the blow dryer and secure with a scrunchie. Let that set for at least 20 minutes.
