I’ve been secretly working on this art project for 2 + years with Doron @bespokefurnitureinc labeled @doublexxtra The work in marble stands for basically the same aspirational theory I’ve been narrating for years. It’s stems from looking through the windows of Bergdorfs as a teenager or walking down the streets of Soho at 4am after a club peering through windows of the furniture stores or nights in Paris walking around with the same intention. The basic idea is sports paraphernalia in the lens of Bernini or 17th century Italian stone work. The thesis was very simple. @doublexxtra plays with the idea of sports opulence at home. @doublexxtra is a collaboration between myself and Doron Silverman.
