My favorite pic from the honeymoon. I’ve always had a soft spot for Cefalu because Cinema Paradiso is one of my favorite movies and some of the scenes were shot there. When we actually came, the town was even more beautiful than I imagined. We had an absolute blast that day - walked around the charming streets, got seafood by a seaside restaurant, frolicked in the most amazingly calm and clear Mediterranean Sea, and indulged on gelato as it was our last day. We played Love Theme from Cinema Paradiso at our wedding ceremony, and now ended our honeymoon at the place where the movie was shot. It was perfect.
