We’ve done a collaboration with the best bourbon company in the world @willettdistillery. It wasn’t to long ago when i was introduced to them through whispers at @scopaitalianroots Real talk an honor to work with this crew, especially @bourbonrox The juice is truly amazing. This is the first installment of our Rye Project, available online on December 6th @w.w.ca. The goal was to offer the highest quality Rye whiskey expressions in the world, in a lower rye format. The majority of the Volume One blend is Willett 6 and 7 year old straight Rye whiskey (74% rye content), blended with the same 6 year low-Rye whiskey (51% rye content) that’s in our signature blend. The custom cork top with brushed metal inlay was inspired by the knob of a Hermes baseball bat that is a family heirloom / also a nod to Louisville baseball and Kentucky.
