New Yorkers like to say the city is our living room, but your ugly couch doesn’t belong illegally dumped on an overpass. We caught a crook on camera doing that in Hunts Point last week, & today, Sanitation Police ran into him, gave him a $4,000 fine, and impounded his van. 💥💥💥
