Thank you @daigasikfaan for showing me how to make
Spicy Shrimp & Pork Wontons
2 cups ground pork
1 cup chopped raw shrimp(peeled)
6 green onions (chopped)
1 tbsp minced garlic
30-40 wonton wrappers
Marinade:
4 tbsp cornstarch
4 tbsp water
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy
2 tsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 tspn white pepper
Mix pork, shrimp & marinade together well; rest 20 min.
Wrap: add 1-2 tsp filling to each wrapper, wet edges, pinch shut.
Boil wontons till they float + 3–5 min.
Chili Sauce:
6 tbsp veg oil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 minced scallions
2 tbsp garlic chili crisp oil
3-4 tbsp soy
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
4 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp sugar
4 tbsp water
Top w/ toasted sesame + green onion
Bring oil to a quick simmer and then pour over garlic, sesame seeds and scallions in heat proof bowl, then mix in rest of sauce.
Drain wontons, drizzle sauce, sprinkle toppings & enjoy
