Chili 💨😭 + Pigs In A Blanket Controversy!!! Note**: This stew is kiiiind of like a bbq chili so be advised it’s not like a regular chili it’s a COOL chili Bell Peppers (1 Red, 1 Orange, 1 Yellow, 1 Green— Chopped) 1 Red Onion (Chopped) Bacon 🥓(5 Slices, Thickly Chopped) 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced) 1/2 Jalapeño (Deseed & Dice!) 1lb Ground Beef Salt Cayenne Pepper Onion Powder Cumin Pepper Chili Powder Brown Sugar 1 1/2c Beef Broth Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes (14oz Can) Diced Green Chilis (7oz Can) 1tbsp Worcestershire Kidney Beans (20oz, Drained & Lightly Rinsed) Black Beans (15oz Can, Drained & Lightly Rinsed) Pinto Beans (15oz Can, Drained & Lightly RInsed) Sour Cream Cheddar Add chopped bacon to a dutch oven over medium heat. While the bacon is cooking, chop the bell peppers, onions and jalapeño. Set aside. Cook the bacon until it is crisp and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to remove it onto a lined plate or bowl, and then add the bell peppers and onions to the dutch oven with the bacon grease still in the pot. Cook the bell peppers and onions until they’re softened. Next, add the garlic and cook for about a minute. Then add the diced jalapeño and stir to combine. After leaving that to cook for another 2 minutes, add in the ground beef and break it up. Once the beef is broken up, add the seasonings and sugar. Mix to combine. After that, pour in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, diced green chilis and Worcestershire. Mix again to combine. Now it’s time to add the musical fruit! The butthole’s devil! THE BEANS! And your bacon bits lol. Stir to combine. TASTE to make sure you like it because you can always add to make sure it’s to your liking!!!! Cover and cook for about 30 minutes-1 hour— stirring occasionally! Once done, put your toot stew in a bowl and garnish with whatever toppings you like! I did sour cream and shredded cheese :) Enjoy and be PREPARED!!!!!!!!! #chili #dinnerideas #winterrecipes #creatorsearchinsights #CerealCerdik
