I was honoured to pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II this morning at a memorial service at City Hall. On behalf of all Londoners, I offer my deepest condolences to His Majesty The King and his family on Her Majesty’s passing. We join people across the country and Commonwealth in gratitude for what Her Majesty achieved for us all over her 70 year reign. During a time of great transformation, she was a source of great stability. Her Majesty's remarkable service to our nation will never be forgotten.
