Our fav foodie @gracefield.dietitian has just made a WINNING Satay Chicken Salad that we are 100% making next week! 🤌🤤 Recipe 👇 For the salad part mix together 1 bag mixed slaw (the one that has cabbage, shredded carrot, corn and radish) 1 thinly sliced cucumber 1 thinly sliced capsicum 2 sliced spring onions Protein and Carbs👇 1 bbq chicken shredded with salt and pepper 2 packets of satay tofu sliced 1 packet rice noodles cooked edamame beans (5-10 beans per salad) Sauce👇 Blend together sauce ingredients 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3cup peanut butter Juice of one orange Juice of one lime 2 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 tablespoon of minced ginger optional 1 teaspoon chilli Divide all the parts into 6 containers equally (5 for the week and 1 for today) Meal prep that is easy, healthy, colourful, high protein and also delicious!! 🥗❤️ #rockwear #rockwearnation #sataychicken #mealprep
