Bc I finally decided to stick to it and it feels good 🤗 even if I have a cheat day or days... I still do. I use to let a day or two give me an EXCUSE to let it all go w a bigger mt to climb later. 🤦🏻‍♀️ but now... a day or days... just get back to it and I’ve seen such a difference in the rest of my life, as corny as it may seem 🤷🏻‍♀️ just an appreciation post to share w you guys 💋 currently working on gaining healthy ✨ 💜 loving my pants from @tlfwomen ... feels like butter w just the right amount of compression for recovery
