Delightfully zingy, our pineapple sour will easily become a staple to your summer cocktail list. 6oz pineapple juice 1.5oz Herradura Ultra 1oz Lemon Juice .5oz Egg White (optional) 2 Dashes Bitters .5oz Honey 1oz Soda Water Pour pineapple juice into ice cube trays and freeze. Add ice cubes to shaker to chill, along with Herradura Ultra, lemon juice, egg white (optional), bitters and honey. Shake well. Add frozen pineapple cubes into your favorite glass and top with soda water. Garnish with two pineapple leaves and enjoy!
