hi so this is just a brief rant that honestly needs a lot more nuance than this but in general my opinion is that if you’re throwing away or ignoring food you already foraged because your eyes were bigger than your stomach, you probably need to chill and focus on appreciating the gifts you have already been given before harvesting more. the honorable harvest applies to all of us in all the things. also go read braiding sweetgrass. love you. 💜
