Today was an amazing day supporting an event my sister helped create called “Meters for Micaela”. This event raises awareness and money for CT Down Syndrome Association . You simply show up and do as many meters as you want, until you are exhausted hahaha. We split it up between running, rowing, and using the assault bike. Today I hit just over 25Km before we had to leave, but felt like it could have gone all day! Love spending time at home in CT with the family and getting to help out with this awesome event :) .
