HAYNES®️ 214®️ is used in demanding, specialized gas turbine parts, such as honeycomb seals, combustor splash plates and other static oxidation-limited parts. Its honeycombed geometrical pattern was originally the subject of research by NASA for application in supersonic aircraft wings.
