hi! i stopped posting these a year ago because i wanted to make sure my platform was one of self love and balance for everyone. but lately, i’ve seen a shift in social media culture around obsessing over the idea of being skinny, and while this isn’t new by any means, i have been really disappointed in some creators who are posting messages that are increasingly pro-restriction and encouraging unhealthy relationships with food and exercise. it’s not funny or expert health advice, and it can be very dangerous those those struggling to find guidance. let’s not make this the new norm!!! so, all this to say... i really hope to you choose give yourself some grace! eat the carbs! drink more than one latte! find ways to enjoy your favorite foods that are nourishing & bring you peace without feeling guilty. bodies are built differently and are f*cking stunning in any shape they come. you are so much more than “being skinny”— get obsessed with feeling amazing and living life to its fullest, not numbers or scales. i’m here for you & love you guys🤍 #whatieatinaday #healthyliving
