I used to work from 8:30 to 8:30...M-T In Italy, with a 6 hr time difference to most of my clients I can only do calls in the afternoon So I work 3 to 7 or 8 efficiently. I’ve learned that afternoon work is where I’m most effective I exercise, lay in the sun by the sea and do chores in the morning. So when I start work in the afternoon my cup is full. Back in Canada I tried to do the opposite Work in the morning and fun in the evening but never got around to the fun part. On a personal note, while eating a gelato every day, pasta, dairy and a Nutella croissant for breakfast I’ve lost weight here. If you work from home you probably know he struggle. I think it’s because I’m putting my health first, not just the gym...my health and truly living This experience has changed my life. I’m no longer the same business owner I was.
