This is my go-to placement for all my livedin girlies that’s never failed me. Save this and read below ⬇️ Start with a v parting taking a teased slice on each side of the v The way you tease is very important!! Finer more sheer teasylight - start the tease 3/4 of the way down. Bolder pops of dimension -start 1/4 or 1/2 of the way down so you’re left with more hair to paint, creating a ribbon of color. Use a board for more control and even saturation. I like to use the @cooboard for all of my foilayage. Use code Lisa20 for 20% off Apply lightener to the center of the foil and feather upward making sure to leave pockets of depth. I love using @Redken Pro Flash Lift power 9 which gives me up to 9 levels of lift and it glides on like butter 🤌 Alternate between horizontal and v like parting to mimic a balayage If your client needs dimension you can add lowlights by taking a horizontal slice right above the v like parting Stack foils so your sections don’t get moved around or smushed Remember brightness lives around the face so when you’re painting bring the high points up closest to the face and the lows towards the back of the head If you read this far I truly hope you learned at least one new thing from my video 🩷 Foils @frommpro Comb is @pinkpewter Save this for reference Tag a friend that needs to see this #foilayagetechnique #foilayagehair #foilingtechnique #livedinhaircolor #howtodohair #haired #haireducator #hairhowto #blondingtechniques
