TESTIMONY: Last year was a year of craziness. Back & forth with weight loss because of sickness & battling depression. TODAY... I reached my goal of 132 CONSISTENT days in the gym. And reached my goal of 180lbs w/ 11% body fat. I believe that God doesn’t only want us to STEWARD WELL over money/ministry/spirit/ mental.... BUT ALSO PHYSICAL. Our bodies are TEMPLES. Gifted to us by Him, for us to make impact FOR HIM. Being unhealthy... is not conducive to productivity as it relates to any facet of living.
