Track #7 Fray This is my favorite song on the album. This is my most vulnerable song on the album and if you listen closely or have been to a show you will know why. I have learned through this song to meet all of my challenges, “demons” or issues with curiosity instead of criticism, love instead of judgment. I meet myself where I am, I honor all parts of myself. Fray captures my attempts at loving, which some may call failed lol, but I like to thank my heart for its capacity to try again and again and knowing when to rest and be still.
